§ 01 The brief

The founder's context problem.

A solo SaaS founder running product, engineering, sales, and support across four time zones. Context lived in Notion pages nobody read, Linear tickets with stale descriptions, Slack threads that scrolled past in hours, and a handful of Google Docs named "FINAL v3."

Every morning started the same way: 40 minutes of triage just to remember where things stood. Every handoff to a contractor required a wall of text. Every decision was bottlenecked by one person's memory.

I was the bottleneck because all the context lived in my head.

— SaaS founder, Year 1

§ 02 Methodology

Encoding the operator.

We started by indexing six sources: the full codebase, Notion workspace, Linear project history, Slack export, Google Drive, and the founder's voice memos. Not a generic RAG dump — a surgical encoding of how this person actually thinks, triages, and decides.

Decision frameworks were extracted from real ticket resolutions. Communication patterns were mapped from Slack threads that actually moved projects forward. The result: 43 skills that don't just retrieve information — they reason the way the founder reasons.

The numbers.

§ 04

Triage time: 40 min → 12 min

Weekly reports: 3 hours → 20 min

Context questions from team: down 60%

Output quality: consistent voice across all channels

It learned the way I triage Linear in a week. Now I close half as many tabs and write twice as clearly.
